Event to notify that the transport WebSocket has opened (HTTP→WS upgrade completed), but before the SFU JoinCallResponse has been received. Mirrors ConnectionEstablished: this drives the socket into io.getstream.video.android.core.socket.sfu.state.SfuSocketState.WebSocketConnected.
