public class UpsertUserInterestsRequest

Set a user's interests Adds or updates interest tags on a user with explicit ranking weights. Tags set this way rank above the tags computed from the user's reactions at equal weight and are never overwritten by them. Client-side callers may only manage their own interests; server-side callers may manage any user. Returns the user's full interest list after the write.
