  Creates a request to add a comment to an activity.

  Parameters:

  comment - The content of the comment to be added.

  activityId - The ID of the activity to comment on.

  attachments - Optional list of attachments to include with the comment.

  createNotificationActivity - Optional flag to create a notification activity.

  custom - Optional custom data to include with the comment.

  id - Optional custom ID for the comment.

  mentionedUserIds - Optional list of user IDs to mention in the comment.

  parentId - Optional ID of the parent comment if this is a reply.

  skipEnrichUrl - Optional flag to skip URL enrichment for the comment.
