  Used to build an Intent to start the AttachmentMediaActivity with the required data.

  Parameters:

  context - The context to start the activity with.

  url - The URL of the media file.

  title - The title that will be shown in the header.

  mimeType - The MIME type of the file.

  type - The type of the attachment.
